Result: Used daily for first-line Yardi questions; answers now arrive in 2–4 seconds, down from 8–15, after a three-provider model test.

Multi-entity cash-flow dashboard

Ingests weekly Yardi ETL exports and consolidates 16 sub-entities into one cash-flow view for a nonprofit housing organization, refreshed every week.

Result: Replaced hand-pulled exports with a weekly automated refresh and one agreed definition of consolidated cash across all 16 entities.
